Executive leadership coach Chuck Hyde will be the featured speaker at the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s 25th annual Forty Under 40 event.
The luncheon will be held on Aug. 17 at the Embassy Suites in Rogers. Intrust Bank sponsors the event, scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. It will include awards presented to each of this year’s honorees.
Social distancing as well as other measures will be observed in accordance with CDC guidelines.
“I’m very excited at the opportunity to speak at this year’s luncheon,” Hyde said. “We have such extraordinary people in our region, and I’ve been privileged to be a part of recognizing them in this format for so many years. To be asked to speak at this year’s event is especially meaningful given my connection and the history of standout speakers and celebrating the milestone of inducting the 25th class. It should be a lot of fun!”
A Rogers native, Hyde is the founder and principal of C3 Advisors, a private consulting practice in Northwest Arkansas focused on executive development and talent optimization.
For the past four years, he’s also been group chair for the Northwest Arkansas chapter of Vistage International, a global peer advisory organization. Dating back to 1957, it is the oldest organization of its kind globally, providing executive coaching while building and facilitating private advisory boards for CEOs, senior executives and business owners in 16 countries with more than 20,000 members.
Hyde previously worked 12 years for Milestone Leadership (formerly known as Soderquist Leadership) in Siloam Springs. He joined the nonprofit in 2005 and assumed a leadership role in 2008, eventually becoming CEO in 2010.
Hyde holds a master’s degree in business administration from John Brown University in Siloam Springs and a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He is also vice chairman of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Benton County board of directors. He’s been a board member for the past four years.
Starting in 1997, the Business Journal has annually honored 40 outstanding professionals under the age of 40 who live and work in the six-county coverage area of Benton, Washington, Carroll, Madison, Sebastian and Crawford counties. They were nominated as best in class by their peers in all industries.
